Field Service Engineer – High Tech equipment

This role is working with different sites in Ireland and Europe, so travel will be required for the role.
This company provide, install, maintain and service very high spec equipment into a variety of highly regulated industries. They are looking for a strong Engineer to join the team for the below role.
The role:
- To work with a variety of high spec clients for machine installations, calibrations, upgrades, maintenance.
- To perform remote machinery diagnostics and establish root cause and maintenance solutions.
- To work with each client to understand and establish the client requirements. This will require building strong relationships and good communication channels with the clients.
- To become an expert on the range and functionality on the range of machines that the company provide – strong training provided
Requirements:
- Prior Experience working ideally on machine servicing and installations, ideally high-tech equipment. Strong Mechanical and/or electrical experience required
- A qualification in an Electrical or Mechanical discipline is required.
- Full clean drivers’ licence
- The ability to accommodate the travel to the various locations in Ireland and Europe.
