Production Supervisor – FMCG Manufacturing – Dublin – alternating shift pattern
This large food manufacturing organisation is an excellent employer with a strong brand name. They are industry leaders in their field and are experiencing strong growth and expansion which means they need to hire another Production Supervisor for their night shift.
The role is working the night shift and operates on a 4 over 7 basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the manufacturing process for the night shift through leading the team on the floor.
- Use supportive motivation with the team to meet production targets.
- Report regularly to the management regarding the production performance
- Work with developing the floor staff through monitoring and training.
- Support company guidelines for H&S and Quality.
- Support any ongoing projects onsite where necessary.
Required experience:
- Experience in a Supervisor role in an FMCG manufacturing operation is preferred.
- Very strong on the ability to understand manufacturing data, targets, and planning.
- Experience with Training and Development people is essential.
- Strong ability to communicate is essential with employees with different levels within the business.
