Production Manager – FMCG Manufacturing – Dublin

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the manufacturing floor for this fast-paced manufacturing operation through the team of supervisors and
- Develop production plans for the manufacturing lines to accommodate required production needs
- Work supporting and developing the Supervisors onsite for training, development and motivation
- Build and deliver plans for driving and motivating the large general workforce
- Oversee the line change over processes, maintenance and any other operations needed on the manufacturing floor
- Strong on problem solving on people development and production efficiency through strong data analysis and observation
Required experience:
- Experience in a Management role in an FMCG manufacturing operation is essential
- Very strong on the ability to understand manufacturing data, targets and planning
- Experience with Training and Development people is essential
- Strong ability to communicate is essential with employees with different levels within the business
