Health and Safety Manager – Manufacturing
This very successful manufacturing operation are looking for a Health & Safety Manager to join the team. The role will be responsible the H&S function and the H&S Team. This is a large-scale operation with a large head count onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the entire H&S function in line with the industry regulation, company standards and company values.
- Be a strong part of the management team for all H&S matters.
- Drive an accident and incident free culture across all areas of the business#.
- Develop EHS policies and strategies and roll them out onsite.
- Lead a Change Manager processes relating to H&S matters.
- Drive a culture that leads the best possible culture towards H&S matters.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years’ experience in manufacturing at a senior level
- A relevant qualification in EHS
- Strong project management skills
- The ability to work in a multi-functional team.
